This is a legal agreement between you as the End User and Jura Carbon Limited. This is a License agreement and not a sale. The enclosed Jura Carbon Limited software program, Joint Strength Analysis Modules, 'JSAMs', is licensed for use only as with reference to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The JSAM software and the information contained in JSAM but not limited to the JSAM concept and know how are proprietary, confidential and trade secret to JURA Carbon Limited. The JSAM's should be maintained as proprietary and confidential and shall not be copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever. The user of JSAM shall not attempt to discern JSAM confidential and trade secret information and shall not reverse, compile or disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer. This is a fully functional version of JSAMs. Jura Carbon Limited does not warrant that the JSAM modules will meet your requirements, or that the operation of JSAMs will be uninterrupted or error free, or that all software errors will be corrected. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Regardless of wether any remedy set forth herein fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Jura Carbon Limited be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising out of the use or inability for use of the JSAMs. ONE SEAT USE:This copy of JSAMs is intended for a one seat licenced use and is limited for a duration agreed to and set out in the covering letter with its terms and conditions. JSAMs was developed from Public Domain data that is well referenced. In agreeing to use JSAMs, the user accepts all the terms and conditions laid out. This is a copy of the full unrestricted version of JSAMs and purely for the use by Wilde & Partners. It is intended for use within their offices for demonstration or teaching purposes. This copy of JSAMs is not for copying or for sale to other parties in any form, part or whole, and cannot be used for any research program wether by Wilde & Partners or Associates or Universities. As stated above the JSAM data on this cd should not be copied or reproduced in any form. This copy may be installed on one machine only in the offices of Wilde & Partners and also placed on a laptop that belongs to Wilde & Partners. The copy placed on the Laptop computer is intended for use by an appointed Wilde & Partner representative for demonstration purposes when visiting client. This installed Laptop copy of JSAMs is covered by the same terms and conditions.
